Caldwell Engineering (CE) offers comprehensive waste minimization services as part of CE's total hazardous waste management program. CE begins its hazardous waste management program with a point source evaluation of all waste generated at your facility. This waste minimization study includes the following programs in order of preference as the proposed methods of reducing waste at your facility:

• Point Source Reduction
• Product Substitution
• Waste Reuse
• Waste Recycling
• Waste Incineration
• Waste Disposal (Land Disposal)

Hazardous Waste Management Services

Caldwell Engineering's (CE's) Hazardous waste management services include a turnkey program for managing hazardous and industrial waste. This program include:

• Hazardous Waste Determination
• Waste Classification/Registration
• Waste Storage Design
• RCRA Tank Certification
• 3rd Party Disposal Facility Audit
• SPCC and Contingency Plan Development
• SARA Title III Reporting
• Disposal/Transportation Coordination

This program includes sampling and analysis, data interpretation, record keeping and reporting in accordance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.

CE will also prepare all waste profiles and coordinate all waste transportation and disposal.
