Caldwell Engineering, Inc. (CE) is a full service environmental consulting firm offering environmental compliance services to industry. CE provides engineering services to deal with the investigation, evaluation and remedial design of environmental compliance issues in air, compliance reporting, permitting, storm water, waste, and wastewater.
Caldwell Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Mr. Tom R. Caldwell, P.E. Today, Caldwell Engineering employs a staff of 15 engineers and scientists to provide ongoing environmental compliance maintenance services to over 100 industrial and commercial clients. In addition to their technical ability, Tom has chosen people who subscribe to the same personal philosophy of quality, value and personal service which he has found to be CE's formula for success.
