successful startup and ongoing operation of a regional industrial environmental service
division and a consulting firm.
- Managed and supervised staff of engineers and scientists conducting environmental
studies, remediation projects, permitting and engineering design efforts for numerous
Fortune 500 Corporations such as Texas Instruments, General Motors, Bell Helicopter,
Raytheon Systems and Belo Corporation.
- Designed and managed construction of more than 15 industrial wastewater treatment plant
projects including a 10 million dollar industrial wastewater pre-treatment system for an
automotive assembly plant.
- Designed and managed construction of more than 10 remediation projects for industrial
sites containing contaminated soil and ground water including the successful remediation
of a 40,000 gallon underground spill of No. 2 fuel oil.
- Prepared air permits for construction of industrial plants including a 130 million
dollar semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- Directly responsible for quality control of all work performed by Caldwell Engineering,
including approximately 200 projects completed each year for a client base of over 70
companies.
- Established and maintained business relationships with industrial clients resulting in
over a 70% repeat business relationship.
